Our Programs
Lil' Ninjas Program (Ages 3-5)
​For children ages 3 to 5, focuses on improving attention span, basic motor and listening skills. Children have fun developing balance and coordination while beginning the process of learning positive character traits.

Junior Program (Ages 6-12)
For ages 6 to 12, focuses on physical skills as well as emotional and mental well being. Children have fun while learning a wide range of skills. This is a comprehensive program culminating with the attainment of a Junior Black Belt.

Teens Program (Ages 13-17)
For ages 13 to 17, prepares teens for the challenges they'll encounter as they grow into young adults. At our location teens can train in a class exclusively for teens or in the adult class.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program (All Ages)
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend oneself against a larger person by using leverage and proper technique. It contains stand-up maneuvers, but it is most famous for its devastating ground-fighting techniques.
Kick-Fit Program (Ages 13+)
Get Fit, In Shape, lose weight & Feel Great
Our Kick-Fit program is an Effective Combination of Cardio, Fitness & Self Defense! Along with a good taste of music to make your work out EXTRAORDINARY.
